"Poor customer service. Wouldn’t even let me return a hose that was new in box, with receipt. Mayah, the manager wouldn’t even help. Also, as a reference., this same hose was $70 and is $45 at Costco. Not coming back here again even though I live nearby. Costco has a great return policy so I’ll be shopping there from now on."
"Would give zero stars if I could Place was almost empty -now I know why Looked at Christmas tree storage bags, Christmas wreath storage bags etc. One person was snotty and said well it says 75% off holiday "stuff". At register of course things didn't right up that way. One gal clerk who looked like she hasn't slept for a month, said they did come out 75% off (which they didn't). One would think someone, particularly at the self check out as no other areas were open, would know that 75% off is a substantial discount and not the same as like 10%. Anyway after I showed her the discount on my phone she seems flabbergasted. I asked to speak to a manager who never came out but a supervisor came out and told me, opposite of what another supervisor had told me --that they were on sale and 75% off. Waited for manager.... crickets Apparently he was on break, but anyway wouldn't waste his time coming out to speak to me. Well guess what, I won't waste my time going back either. This place is way over staffed, tonight with people that don't know what is on sale, or care if someone was told the wrong price / discount. Home Depot has much better customer service. I can see why this store was almost empty. Disappointing service varies way too much here depending on the shift. I asked twice, kindly, to speak to a manager while four employees stood around. Upon leaving I said that I was unhappy since I wasn't allowed to speak to the management. Crickets. Half the employees, but trained with motivated shift that cares would do the place justice. Management needs to be replaced or trained or to care."
"Had the best customer service experience ever with a young man named Ray working at customer service. I purchased the wrong thing and he was easily able to help me find the correct product and process the refund effectively and efficiently. He told me where to find what I needed and I was on my way in no time. Definitely made my experience here a 10/10"
"Got plenty of pregrown plants and gorgeous little marigolds to go with them. I don’t know what kind of plant food to buy bc I’m still learning and the gentleman with the black EarPods was so kind and helpful and super informative. Thankyou for not treating me like I was stupid and actually helping me out!! This is going to be my new store for my garden needs!"
