"This place has gone down in the last 3 yrs. I used to work here and customer service was good good. NOW it doesn't seem to exist. When it does exist it always feels like you're an inconvenience to ask for help. I brought in a few copies to be folded and I was told "it's going to be awhile. Are you able to drop it off and pick up later in the day?" I said sure. I had errands to run. So no biggie. Again, I used to work in the printing department at a different location. I know how things work. 35 copies of 20lb paper just to be folded does not take a whole day and should not require someone to "come back later". Anyways I walk away to print out more stuff. Then I hear "WHERE DID SHE GO? SHE NEEDS PAY FOR THESE." -_- you just told me to come back later..... anyways. The "customer assistance" that I got did not feel genuine. It made me feel like I was inconveniently existing. That's how bad the service was."

"I ordered a printer on 9/16 from Office Depot. They sent me confirmation of my order on 9/16. They then took the payment out of my account. Office Depot then cancelled my order “due to a payment issue and I wasn’t charged”. Well that’s not true because I was charged. They took the money from my account. I should have went with Amazon as I always do however I was trying something different because I need to have an office supply account. No way. I refuse to use Office Depot. They took my money and now I have to wait to get it back."

"Horrible customer service. Just wanted 1 sheet printed in card stock. You have to leave it overnight or do it yourself. I had other things to do. This is not the first time I've had to do this. I hope they are out of business soon. By the way, Staples across the street did it while I shopped for other things."
