"Horrible service. Took a 3ds to get fixed in August. To repair the system for game use. 2024 January I go to pick it up still charged for the work and it just turns on and camera is busted and it still doesn’t charge. Called every month to when it’s fixed. Just nothing but excuses"
"Last phone I took their to get fixed was in their shop for over a month. When I did get the phone back it never worked right, they lost my SD card with all my pictures, files, phone numbers and everything else I had stored. The bill was over 150.00. They hardly return phone messages and the posted hours are really not the real hours. I have been there so many times when they should have been opened but we're not. I really liked this shop when it first opened, however I wouldn't recommend it to people today because the quality of their work just isn't up to what it should be."
