When in person to exchange them at the Vans store we got two different color shoes with two different sizes how to drive 40 Mi back to the store the next day to get the correct size and color so yeah check your shoes before you leave to make sure they're the same size in the right pair"

They were out of the size pants I was looking for, and Brad went above and beyond for me by calling a few of the Vans stores in the area to see if they had the size of the pants I was looking for. Brad showed me excellent customer service and is a big reason I would come back to this location. We also shared a nice conversation afterwards, and it was nice to connect with him on a personal level. Keep up the great work by hiring people like Brad!"

"I never leave a review but the service today was the worst I have ever received. The young man who assisted me with some shoes was flat out Rude! The shoes I was trying on were not going to work and decided to look elsewhere. As I was leaving he asked me to pick up the box of shoes and hand them to him. I’m guessing this is his first job and never given customer service in his life. First lesson if you want to keep a job, learn customer service you will need to give it every where you go in life. No one will want to buy anything from your store from young kids who are rude and don’t want to work."
