She helped me with a return and reordered a new size online, price adjusted with free shipping. She should be recognized for her hard work with a raise and promotion."

"Walked in looking for a hat I found online that was on sale, couldn’t find the hat but they said they would still price match! There was only one person working the registers but soon as a line started more employees came out quickly to help. Every one in there was extremely helpful and fast!"

"Like the location. Always clean and good selection of clothes. Only issue I have is the last 6 times I've come in it seems like every employee are either folding clothes or nowhere to be seen to help open a dressing room door. Not always fun having to track someone down to try on clothes real quick."

"So frustrated that My two kids and I had to stand in line for over ten mins to check out when two other employees just stood there talking at the registers. One employee was pregnant and they saw I had a small child. You’d think they’d be more courteous with 3 ppl in line and open another register or two! They obviously weren’t busy! The young man that checked us out was very sweet and so was the young man helping with the dressing rooms. Wish the young blonde gal in glasses and pregnant woman had been more courteous and helped us out. So disappointed- this was our go to Tilly’s but WILL NOT be returning to this location!"

"I was in the store for 30 mins before anyone even lifted their heads. They where all busy on the cell phones. The only person working was a girl running around folding clothes going from the back to the front. She stopped to help me. I could tell she was overloaded with work. Seriously the whole staff where boys and could care less. I asked to speak to the manager and found out his name John. He never addressed me and was just standing around himself. I left the store without purchasing what I came in to buy. The customer service in this Tully's is the worst I have ever encountered. Go somewhere else unless you want to be treated like you don't matter and enjoy being treated rude. Thank God they have that one girl there. Although I am sure they treat her horribly. Corporate needs to do a overhaul and fire the male staff and keep that sweet girl."
