A gentleman that worked there, named Charles, provided my son exceptional assistance. He was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. He made the process for my son easy and comfortable. Watching my son walk in the doors worried and dare I say embarrassed and have Charles make him feel comfortable and confident was well worth giving this establishment our business. I would highly recommend especially if it's a first time suit purchase."

"I stopped in to this store to look for a gift for my husband. The store was not busy on a Friday evening, but there were several staff there. In the 15 minutes was walking around the store looking at their clothes, not one person asked me if they could help me or if I was looking for something in particular. Maybe because I was a woman in a men’s clothing store, I don’t know. They had a lot of merchandise, and it looked like nice quality, but the customer service was not what I was expecting for a specialty store."

"As soon as you walk in the door, there are plenty of people asking you how they can help. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I would say the customer service is really good at this location. I have not had amazing experiences at some of the other locations, but this particular one really knows how to deliver excellent customer service. This store has an abundant inventory of everything except for extra-long tights. A lot of men are tall and need the extra-long business ties. The only had about 20 of them, and they weren’t of great quality."
