"You'll be lucky to find a cart or basket to use while shopping. The staff is rude and doesn't give a friendly greeting. I was walking in the store behind a cashier and she let the door close in my face. It seems like they hate their jobs and take it out on customers. The shelves are barely stocked and the store is a mess."
"This Family Dollar is in a good location for the apartment community around it. It serves four or five apartment complexes and the surrounding neighborhood. This location seems to in perpetual and therefore never complete stocking. The isles are always cluttered with boxes for stocking I presume. They are almost always out of at least one item I came for and I usually only go for three or four items. The floors need to be cleaned as well as the windows and around the goods on the shelves. One positive note is that the employees for the most part are friendly and ready to help. Maybe one out of 5 employees may be rude or unhelpful. I've never asked to use a bathroom here so I can't say if they even have a public restroom. The parking lot is small but they do have handicap parking that is wheelchair accessible. If your in a rush I would not recomend going here during lunch or from 3 pm to 6 pm as they seem to only have one cashier available at a time and these times will surely leave you frustrated in a long line. Overall my recommendation concerning this Family Dollar would be: Go here for household items such as cleaning supplies, batteries, paper towels and the like and get your more specific items and brands elsewhere.3 stars to me says one more infraction and I wouldn't ever go again and it says if they improved their worst single thing I would shop here often. So it's right on the cuff of worst case best case scenario."
"G.E.t cashier that works line two is really snobby. Snarling and having an attitude. Theres other cashiers that doesnt have attitudes but one 5 foot 3 cashier has an attitude shouldnt even be working the register"
