"The experience was great. We walked in, and I told him I needed a T-shirt right now. I had the design on my phone and forwarded it to the store. He made the shirt on the spot and we watched as he worked. It did take a while because he was new, had been there only a couple weeks. We had a bit of difficulty with language, (he said he was from Egypt) but he was so patient and did a fantastic job in the end...and that's the important part. We left an hour later, we left with the exact shirt I had envisioned."

"Hucksters, liars, thieves. Go somewhere else. These guys are beyond incompetent. They will literally destroy your clothes. Short story: they took my shirts, ruined them, lied about solutions, refused to make reparations. Long story: Took the shirts I gave them, ‘assumed full responsibility’ and stretched all of the images, ruining the shirts. The manager then told me they’d remove the images and return the shirts. When I went to pick them up a very rude lady who worked there gave me a glassy-eyed stare and told me the manager was out of town and that my shirts weren’t ready. Got the manager on the phone and he told me they didn’t have the chemical to remove the image and it would possibly take MONTHS to arrive and for them to resolve the problem. I told them that was unacceptable and that I would send them the invoice for the shirts I had given them and they could repay me. He told me in no uncertain terms that that would not happen. Literally right after that he repeated his lie about ‘full responsibility.’ Absurd. EDIT: WOW!!! Now they're trying to charge me and tell me the shirts are fine. Unbelievable. Worst company I've ever dealt with."

"Great service and designs, not to mention same day turnaround on prints and designs. Highly recommend! Fairly expensive for the simplicity of the clothing which is not all that great and designs but for fast turnaround printing it's ok."

"I wanted to write a review about this wonderful store. I have purchased several t-shirts from them and have met the ladies who worked there. They are really good at their job and know what they're doing. If you purchase from them, they take the time to explain to you the instructions on washing the t-shirts. I noticed that someone tried to say bad stuff about this awesome store. I just wanted to tell the person that this store is not like Walmart or Burlington so you can buy clothes and return them the next day or in couple days after your event is done. They work very hard and love their job. They spend a good amount of time to create something that the customer will like. So please appreciate what they do. It's not always about money but about the customer service. I will share you one of the t-shirts that I have purchased from them long time ago and washed it several times and still love it."
