"Came into the store at Tucson mall with my daughter. We were specific in what we wanted and went right to the two shoes. Sat down with them and waited for one of the three employees to acknowledge we needed sizes. After they looked up from fooling around with each other one finally came and asked us. He brought both boxes out and dropped them on the bench with a here you go! Didn't offer to get the shoes out of the box or lace them up, two walked by saw me trying to lace up didn't offer to finish or even ask us if the shoes fit, needed different size, etc. Shame on you Van's do you not train your employees on customer service or just to hold up the counter. Won't be back to this location!"

"Vans customer support is the worst.!!! I have been a loyal customer since 1993 when I purchased my first pair of vans at 12 yrs old. I usually don't have issues with the ordering...but this time they didn't and don't advertise that the item is sold out at the distribution warehouse so they are having to piece out orders from different vans retail locations and making shipping and arrival A LITTLE LATE,RUNNING BEHIND. AND FRUSTRATING. So when I reach out to customer service they respond rudely and then proceed to tell me they are in the right and I'm wrong and there's nothing they can or will do..except if it's not arrived by the end of the week contact us then . I just ordered a new pair of shoes 6 days before this and no problems no issues at all and here we are. I hope a HIGH LEVEL MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL WILL CONTACT ME....as I said before I bought my first pair in 1993 and have been spending money ever since . YOU MAY HAVE JUST LOST ONE OF YOUR MOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS YOU COULD'VE EVER HAD . NOT COOL GUYS.. NOT COOL.!!"

"10/10 I will keep coming back!! Your floor helper Julien was amazing and very knowledgeable with sizing and very helpful when grabbing shoes and was very helpful. He found the new sailor Moon edition for my daughter and he didn't think they had anymore but it was a great surprise and perfect fit for her. He made her day. Thank you Julian ☺️"

"A few days ago, my husband gifted me a pair of the David Bowie shoes. I had no clue they came out with this collection, but I very much loved the gift and it was the last pair of shoes of this collection with my size. Not sure if they still have the collection in store because my husband was already late for it. I have previously shopped here and they've always been friendly in helping me find what I needed."

"The staff is very friendly they ask if you need help with anything right when you walk in. What I got there was some checkered black vans short top and I do like them but they are a little hard to put on but overall it is an awesome store and I recommend you go there they also sell clothes and backpacks"
