"I had to pickup a prescription for my grandma and got there at 1:40p, but the pharmacy was closed - apparently the entire pharmacy takes their lunch at the same time. There was no communication saying when they would return. Came back after 2:30 and it was staffed by two gentlemen who were perfectly polite and pleasant - they are the only reason for the 3 stars"

"Unfortunately we had our factory wheels get damaged when having tires installed here on 12/09/23. One of the three rims damaged has obvious damage from the wheel not being properly secured to the machine while dismounting or mounting the tire. I feel that the wheel is unsafe with the amount of damage it has on the inside of the rim from the machine. The techs didn’t even tell us about the damage they just let us leave so they wouldn’t have to deal with it. The lack of care for the customers safety is disturbing being the damage could be enough to be catastrophic. I really lost a lot of trust for Walmart. It’s just sad that people won’t take accountability for something so they can make right. Update they also were the ones that did the last oil change... We had the oil done elsewhere since the wheel misshap and the motor was over 6 quarts so that means they never drained the old oil out prior to adding the new. I cant believe this is the customer service they are getting away with."

"This is my main store, and this is about Walmart plus as well. I buy my groceries, household items, baby stuff. Spen well over 2k a month using walmart+ delivery service. Super excited to score a 65" TV on black friday exclusive member online only early bird deal...it arrived broken, the screen is reuined. I am required to package back in its box so FedEx can take it. It was delivered by walmart with the box looking like this. They will refund me...but I want a 65" TV. I want the deal I was offered for being a walmart member. You can better believe I will never buy another item from walmart EVER AGAIN."

"Terrible. I had a flat, and no key for the lug nut lock. They were unable to get the lock off after almost 2hrs of trying. They also damaged my rim in their efforts. Totally incompetent. I ended up getting my car towed home, where I was able to use a 19mm 12 point socket, a hammer, and breaker bar to remove it within 5 mins. I am filing a complaint for the damage caused to my rim. And they also got in my car and left grease stains on my seats and door panel. Just an all around terrible experience. I will NEVER go to their auto center again!"

"This is my favorite Walmart in all of Phoenix metro. It is always clean, well stocked, adequately staffed, and most important safe and drama free. They have a bin to recycle shopping bags just inside the entrance on the left which is awesome! Grocery is also on the left side of the store as you walk in, so park appropriately."
