"Extremely poor customer service today. I’m not sure if I caught this associate on a bad day but she appeared annoyed from the moment of contact. Not sure her name but I’d describe her as tatted up burley woman. I was appalled that returning items of clothing would create such inconvenience for her. It seemed unusual that as I was walking up to the register, she was using her vape pen. Unprofessional."

"I go to this store often and didn’t have much to say until my last 2 visits. The last two times were horrible. Extremely POOR customer service! They care less and wouldn’t bother to help. The employees there pretend as if you don’t exist. I went on a weekday and in the afternoon. The store was not at all busy. The employee who I think was also a supervisor didn’t bother to help, pretended she was very busy and just pointed us to the shelf and left us on our own to find the item I was looking for. Finally when I went upto the billing counter, she decided to check the item in her system. They didn’t have the item. Why couldn’t you look first? Shouldn’t you be helping your customers first?!!! They need good customer service training for sure!"

"Outstanding Customer Service! My best friend and I went to this outlet store for the first time and I have to say, Skylie, Andrew & Mikaela have the most outstanding customer service EVER! Even though we went in 30 minutes before closing, we did not feel rushed at all! We were immediately great by Andrew and his friendly attitude. He and the 2 girls went above and beyond to tend to our needs. We will definitely be back because of these 3!"

"Horrible customer service! I love Calvin Klein clothing. I went this outlet store to spend a lot of money. As I was looking through there clothes, an employee yelled at me because my face mask had come down below my nose. Just my nose! The state ordinance doesn’t even require customer to wear mask. Hope it was worth it. Just go to Ross or Marshals and save your money."
