"I’ve been to this store million and zillion times and what I like the most is their extraordinary, excellent and prompt customer service. As soon as they see you struggling or looking for an item, they’ll promptly help. If they cannot find on the shelf, they’ll lookup in their system or offer to order online or suggest a close match without being pushy. To me, it’s not upselling, it’s trying hard to satisfy your need. And only if they’ve exhausted all the options, they’ll say “Nope” don’t have it. I love that approach! Not one not two, whichever employee sees you, will offer to help. If they are in middle of something, fixing clothes on shelf, sorting clothes at the trial room, you ask for help, they’ll drop everything to help you promptly. Fabulous customer service! I love shopping at Levi’s!"
