"This is definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had!! OMG HOWLL was Amazing! Solved all my worries instantly with a smile. I flew in From NY and my suit was super wrinkled and I lost my tie. I was in desperate need of a Steamer and a Tie because the wedding was the following day. I expressed my dilemma to Howll and he immediately told me not to worry he will take care of it. Got the wrinkles right out and found the perfect tie to match. God bless him and I hope Brooks Brothers Can Clone him so the world can experience HOWLL’s amazing Customer Service."
