"I've been to a lot of kate stores and worked at one for a while. This was probably the most well-organized, clean, and friendly store I've been to. Linda and Karin helped me find two, gorgeous new dresses that were such a great deal I couldn't possibly turn them down. The cashier was sweet and offered garment bags for my items. Unfortunately one of the dresses didn't ring up properly, but when I called the following day, Linda was so great about correcting that and refunding me the difference without me having to come in. I live over an hour from this store, but it is definitely worth the drive!"

"This is my happy place!!! I'm always like a kid in a candy store. It always feels like a sugar rush as soon as you enter. I always spend more than an hour here. The first place I go to and the last store I visit before I leave the place. I love the 70% plus 20% deal. I have more than 10 KS bags over the yrs and they held up pretty well. The oldest one I have is the tote which still looks good after more than 10yrs!"

"Beautiful space. Recently expanded, and well laid out. Staff was attentive- but almost too much, they were aggressively nice which can feel kinda creepy. Either way- the line went fast. The deal was smoking hot. As a dude buying a bag for my wife this is the most uncomfortable shopping I do. They made it easy and fast."
