"Customer Service. I had only four items. I was at the self check out and had some asparagus that were $.50. The sign said digital coupon, however, Maricopa bashes does not have Internet, so I was unable to get into the digital coupons. The manager came over from customer service and told me I would have to walk outside to try and get to the digital coupon. Can you believe that? I showed him the picture of the sign at the asparagus and that didn’t matter to him. Horrible customer service I left all the items at the store and walked out."
"Clean, stocked and friendly staff. I do not like the new layout of the store and the selection seems limited since the merger. No trash cans anywhere to put trash when you get a sample."
"Store is poorly organized and short staffed and the employees that are there don't know where stuff is located...even something as common as condiments. I heard several customers complain about no cashiers and the self checkout calls out the non sale price instead of the sale price ...leaving customers wonder what price is being charged ...just a little confusing is all."
"I go to Basha's because it's cleaner, quieter, and less crowded. It also has awesome covered parking and the employees are super friendly. Only problem is of course the higher prices but hey, worth it if you're trying to avoid the zoo across the street"
"So I go into bashes yesterday because I don't want to go to Fry's. I have a few things to get cuz I just recently changed my diet. I get home in the Greek yogurt is expired over a month. It expired on December 12th. 23. The real problem is I don't have a receipt now. Also, everything cost 1 to $5 more compared to Fry's in Walmart which makes no sense. Probably because they don't get enough customers there. It's always a ghost town in there. Anyway, hope this helps somebody"
