Little Caesars Pizza

"My husband picked up our order in the pick up portal and brought the pizza home. He opened the box and saw a BURNT pizza. We had a busy day and opted for pizza as it would be easy and fast. We only ate some of the pizza because it was crunchy. It was pointless going back and waiting for a new pizza would have defeated the purpose of a quick and easy dinner. But we practically can’t even eat the other half of the pizza. It wasn’t overcooked. It was BURNT!!! How did they take this out of the oven and feel it was okay to serve to someone? And where did that one part of the crust go? My family can usually eat almost all of the thin crust pepperoni but this is all we could get. Everything was just so crunchy."

"Watched multiple people come and go as I waited 30 minutes for my order that I would not be leaving with. Placed an order at 3:30 to be set for pickup at 4:30 but when I got there kept being told they were waiting on something. At finally 4:50 said it would be out soon. At 5 when it was finally coming out another customer came back with an undercooked pizza. They handed us ours and after checking saw that 1 of our cheese bread was burnt and the other swimming in butter sauce. Let the manager know and she said that’s how they’ve always made it for the past 3 years. Mind you one of our pizzas was also undercooked. We asked for a refund and took our business elsewhere. Only the cashier apologized for the inconvenience. As we left heard the manager complaining about being understaffed."

"I’ve never had this happen to me before; I got a camback from the Little Caesars’ staff. I had just taken a picture of the store front for this Google review. As soon as I turned around, an employee stepped out of the store and appeared to have their cell phone camera pointed at me. They stood in front of the store watching me walk back to my vehicle and drive away. Only that employee knows their reason for their bizarre behavior. It sure doesn't make me feel like there's a welcoming atmosphere. Regarding their food, well, it’s low on the pizza hierarchy. It’s ok, but not great. What it does have going for it is that it is cheap. A "Hot-N-Ready" Thin Crust Pepperoni costs $8.69 after taxes and a Lunch Special pizza/drink combo costs $6.51. The name “Hot-N-Ready” is misleading, as it’s never ready for a walk-in, but usually our wait has been no more than 15 – 20 minutes. Little Ceasars does have an app which allows customers to collect their pizza from a warmer without interacting with the employees. Given the odd behavior the employee demonstrated by watching me until I left, this is probably your best option if you choose to eat here."

"I bought two pizzas half pepperoni/half cheese sticks. We couldn't enjoy the pizza one bit as the cheese sticks were extremely salty and the pepperoni part was so full of sauce that some parts of the dough were raw, everyone dumped what was left of them in the trash after trying it and I ended up with a whole pizza and a waste of money on an unpleasant experience. Don't waste your money!"
