"Fail to give good service I ask ti get new French frys cause the one they gave me were burn, rudely the waitress said , “ does are the only ones we have” so I wasn’t able to change them for none burn ones or money back I still had to pay for them…… they need to get better @ treating customers"

"This would be my second time visiting this restaurant, and I placed a over the phone order for two simple items. Fried zucchini, and onion rings taking the order over the phone was good until I got home. I had asked for extra ranch I got absolutely nothing On top of that they just threw the fried items into Styrofoam containers that melted through so when I called to ask them why they didn’t give me the ranch I spoke to Shane the girl that was a cashier around 1:40 PM and all she said was sorry with an attitude and I asked her is sorry all I’m gonna get and she said sarcastically her response. Well I can’t deliver the ranch, so this is not the kind of customer service that I received when I dined in the first time which was a couple of days ago, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up the phone on me, so I had to call back seven times to have her answer and give me the manager’s name and when I asked for her name, she was rude about it. This is a very long review, but this needs to be told how the customer service is here and this is how they treat customers who spend their money on food that they expect to receive as they ordered, poor customer service as of right now and very upset"

"The fish was a no for me. No flavor and over cooked. Burgers were okay with cold fries. As far as the atmosphere. Let's just say if you know you know. Won't be coming back."

"Really good breakfast. I can't help but always get the chicken fried steak and pancakes. They give you so much food and it tastes delicious. Great place to go for breakfast."
