"Wow! Well originally I had an issue with the previous order I called this evening to use my store credit, long story short Adrian really went above and beyond to make things right for me. Great customer service genuine concern for my situation which was so greatly appreciated I definitely will be a returning customer. I hope management sees this and he gets the recognization that he deserves. Great job Pizza hut"

"Friendly people, love the attitude and quick service. While I was there I had some girl with short hair, I can’t remember the color but she was very rude and quick to dismiss me. This other girl came to help and she sent her away, not sure what there problem is I could feel the tension. Maybe talk to that girl idk."

"Customer service is trash , when I called in cause the Pizza Hut app cancelled my order the little girl I spoke with didn’t make anything better stated she doesn’t have any answers for me the app has been messing up and they don’t know why. Which is fine , we proceed to place my order over the phone but Then I realize I have to completely start over and I’m like “well that doesn’t solve my problem cause the app took my points and I won’t get my free item”. The little girl responded with “Yeeeeea” as the answer. Like what do you want me to do about it attitude . So I asked to speak to the manager cause obviously honey your too young and it ain’t my job to teach you on customer service that was your managers job. The manager gets on the phone and he is so hung up on the fact that he can’t do anything about the point system I just hung up. Your store needs to do a better job on customer service the whole conversation between both of them was ignorant I felt like I was talking to dumb & dumber ."

"I paid two dollars more for extra pepperoni. They gave me regular pepperoni only. I called and was told he didn’t know what could be done and he would get a manager. I hung up after ten minutes. I never had this problem in Ahwatukee. They did the same thing the first time we purchased pizza from them and my husband said he wasn’t purchasing anymore pizza from here, but I wanted to give them another chance. FAIL. I’ll purchase my pizza from Barros from now on. Tastes better anyway. Touché"

"This Pizza Hut continues to decline in service and quality of food! The last three visits we had ordered the Pizza Hut Melts which had been BURNT to a crisp the last two times, so tonight when I called in, I asked the Hispanic employee who answered the phone if they still have their pasta dishes and he answered “No we don’t… not today.” which seemed odd since we always see the ads for their pasta on the windows whenever we’re inside the restaurant. I pressed him, asking “Are you sure? You don’t have any of the four pasta dishes you advertise?” And he replied with a curt “No!”. So I ended up ordering a large pan pizza with pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms. He repeated back all the ingredients including “green peppers”, so I corrected him and told him “No green peppers… just pepperoni, black olives and MUSHROOMS” which he repeated back to me. When my husband picked up the pizza, he asked “So you guys don’t have any pasta?” And a different, more friendly employee at the counter replied “We have pasta… we just don’t have any breadsticks. Is that okay?” to which my husband, frustrated because of what I had been told, said “Forget it!” and left with just the pizza. So the employee who took my order… flat out LIED to me. I could have got a pasta dish, but I was lied to. That takes bad service to a whole new level of bad. To add insult to injury, the lousy pizza I got had no MUSHROOMS, but the GREEN PEPPERS I explicitly said I didn’t want. So I’m ticked! No… we will NEVER be returning to this Pizza Hut again!"
