"I love Papa Murphys ♥️! There is only 1 pizza I get...it's the chicken, bacon stuffed with the white garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce. It has been my go-to for years now ! I have tried others, the one with artichoke hearts...soooo good...the Cowboy and Papa's favorite...but always come back to the chick/bacon you can't go wrong. And you are not at , the mercy of someone else cooking your pizza.. I love a crispy crust."
"I called 1/6/24 Assistant manager Donovan alligood answered I tried to order a pizza that was supposedly online only but it didn’t state it online. I said maybe you guys should clearly state that online so you don’t get confusion and he started giving me a bunch of attitude started talking trash looked up my number said my name and continued talking trash telling me to come by I asked for the manager or a gm or anything above him he replied with I’m all of them. I won’t to the store There were customers he tried to play victim saying he recorded the convo. Papa murphys has mangaers that treat customers like this smh horrible company"
"Placed an online order that my fiance picked up, and when brought home I noted it was completely wrong. Ordered a 16in big murphy’s stuffed pizza, and got a 14 in that looked like a meat lovers. I specifically ordered one with a few custom changes due topping to preferences in the household. When my fiance called to have the pizza exchanged, the employee stated “what do you want me to do about it?” And continued to bicker with my fiance about replacing the pizza. We were advised to place a new order online, bring the wrong pizza in and they would exchange it. So, after 30 minutes of placing the order I headed down with my sister. The manager was handling an incorrect transaction with an elderly man in front of us already seeming flustered about the situation. Once it was my turn,I stated “we ordered this online, and it was not correct so we were told to come down and exchange it”. The manager threw his arms in the air with every comment I made. The pizza was VERY clearly the wrong one, and I just wanted it replaced, no refund, didn’t want to keep the mess up, nothing difficult. Once the manager finally agreed to complete the new order, he walked away and the employee making the pizza the employee who spoke with my fiancé on the phone asked why he was rude, and I stated he started the conversation by being rude and it was upsetting that we were told we were wrong and nothing would be done about it. The employee continued to harass me with questions about the conversation and at that point I walked out of the building. My sister waited for the remade pizza and was offered the original pizza as well. Truthfully, I do not trust that these pizzas were handled with respect and will not be eating them. This pizza was for my family’s Christmas Eve dinner and is so disappointing that we cannot visit this establishment anymore. There is absolutely no way the owner knows how this manager and employee treat customers. I am absolutely concerned with my safety and my personal information and address were on the receipt that the manager kept. Should have called the cops once the employee began verbally harassing me."
"I'm not one to normally leave reviews or even go Karen on someone. But my sister and I just had the absolute worst experience here. We ordered a large half and half uncooked pizza and they did not make it correct. It was like 4 inches smaller than what it should have been and had none of the toppings we asked for. And we weren't really upset about the mistake and we weren't mean to them at all. We simply called and told that that we thought they gave us the wrong pizza. They argued and got very sassy on the phone and ultimately told us we had to reorder it in order to exchange it for the right one. We didn't complain, didn't ask for a refund, we just wanted to get our pizza. So we reordered it and went to exhange the pizzas. Right off the bat, the manager gave my sister a hard time. He told us that he gave us the right pizza and we were wrong but it literally had zero of the toppings we ordered. Then he got mad at us for reordering it when his employee told us to reorder it. After he had a hissy fit, he started making the new pizza for us. He walked out of the room for a minute and his employee started being a complete jerk. He just went off on my sister and made her cry. She had to go sit in the car because of how panicked and stressed he made her feel. I sat and waited for the pizza and he wouldn't give it to me unless my sister came back inside. I told him to just wrap it up and give it to me and he ended up doing that. Overall he had a horrible attitude and he was just a jerk. And his employee was also a jerk. No one there possess a sense of hospitality. Again not a Karen, I typically just let things go. But this pizza was meant for Christmas dinner because we get a pizza from here every Christmas and the fact that their employees made my sister cry made me even more upset. I probably wouldn't have said anything but since they decided to act in such a hostile way, I feel like every person in Maricopa deserves to know that these employees suck. Probably won't be continuing this little Christmas tradition. The picture shows a pizza with sausage and cheese, but we got green peppers and olives. I feel like this review makes me look like a big Karen but like my sister and I were not rude at all. We treated the employees with respect. They were just so rude and sassy for zero reason."
"Food is usually pretty good. Prices are meh, but at least they do specials and coupons. One employee was helping all the customers while two others were being extremely loud and rowdy, showing videos to a 4th employee and playing loud music. Their hollering was off-putting. Go outside for your break! Don't be jumping around all over, in front then behind the counter, waving a cell phone around people's food. The bearded kid on register was polite and helpful. The rest were not. I'll skip my next visit or 2 to give them a chance to make staff changes before I return."
