"Best LuluLemon experience I've ever had! I've shopped at various locations in the valley and this was by far the best. I was coming in to do a gift exchange, and figured I might not get great service since I wouldn't be spending money that day (just exchanging). To the contrary, a really helpful employee helped me right away with lots of good recommendations on different clothes I might like instead, and showed me the same products I was looking to exchange for a different size. The cashiers and person at the dressing room were all very helpful too. Honestly I was treated better here on a day I wasn't spending any money than any other location/experience I've had with Lulu in the past elsewhere."

"The Store in Gilbert Arizona was quite a disappointment. Upon first going I had a great customer service. They offer free hemming for pants so I bought 3 pair. As you know, lululemon is not cheap so when I went to pick up my pants, they were hemmed nicely, but wadded them up in a bag. So now my new pants are nice and wrinkly before I have even worn them. I think if they’re going to charge those prices- Maybe their customer service should be better and their employees should show some common sense and courtesy but maybe this is how they do their clothes because they’re young immature people who have no respect for others or their things. I won’t be back to that store. This happened October 28 and the girl who is by the dressing room with the blonde hair who is tall very rude and snappish. She should have a lesson and customer service."

"Whatever guy attempted to answer the phone today should really be trained on proper phone etiquette and basic customer service. The brief hello followed by conversations with the customer inside the store was not only unprofessional but very rude. Nothing about this conversation was pleasant other than hearing my order was ready for pickup. However next time I think I’ll pay for shipping."
