"Wanted to shop and support small business FIRST (since we are small business owners our self) so drove from QC here. Absolutely no help from anyone. The store was completely empty. We had no idea where anything was as it was our first time inside. We weren’t even greeted by the two associates. Luckily we were able to find a shoe measuring tool and did it ourselves but decided to leave and took our shoe sizes over to Boot barn where they were extremely helpful. The entire time inside all we could hear was their gossip/drama between the associates. A little greet could go a long way. $$$"
