"I usually go to San Tan Village because it’s closer but I was at Chandler mall and decided to come in and this American Eagle is awesome. Alyssa helped me discover cargo jeans and was knowledgeable of all the different styles and Alex was also very helpful with the mens clothes. I didn’t feel any pressure on deciding what to get. They were both great. Feels good to come into a store with friendly people like them."

"Worst customer service. They don't greet you, they don't ask if u need help. Take there sweet time at the register.. should be no reason to stand in line for 20 min and only 2 people in the store... then when it came my turn they didn't even apologize for the wait... never give me money here again."

"Love getting the curvy high rise pants. They fit perfect. Staff was friendly and asked if I needed help while shopping. Only reason for the one star was that I was on the phone in conversation when 4 employees minutes apart from each other asked if I needed help. I know they are all doing their job but if someone is in conversation on the phone while shopping asking once if they need help is the best otherwise it becomes rude interruption as I was already on the phone before the staff member would approach me."

"Coming to this store was one of the best decisions Ive made in a while. Not only was there an amazing sale, but all of the staff was extraordinary and kind. The clothes are a little higher in price but the quality is what you pay for. Leah and Fiona both helped me pick out a bunch of new clothes and helped me restyle my wardrobe completely! They were not only honest about how things looked, but seemed genuinely eager to help me find things that made me feel confident. Eric at the check out was also super patient and kind because I had a million and a half questions and ordered a few things online as well. While yes, it is their job to help customers, I truly believe that everyone at this store went above and beyond their basic job requirements and made my confidence sky rocket."
