"I went in to do a return on a pair of boots I bought at the San Tan store. The boots still had the security tag attached because they accidentally forgot to remove it, I have the receipt , and the boots are unworn. The manager Yvonne was incredibly rude and the customer service was terrible. She ended up walking away and wouldn't return to speak with me. She said I needed to go to the store I bought them from to return them, but that is 45 min from my house and it shouldn't matter what store I return them too. Ashley (store manager) was not in at the time of my return attempt. I will attempt trying to talk to her tomorrow about the appalling service and the waste of my time and gas. I filed a complaint with corporate and will also be speaking to the district manager. I definitely agree with all the other negative reviews on here."

To rectify the situation, I promptly returned to the store, expecting a smooth and efficient return process. However, to my dismay, the staff adamantly refused to accept the return, subjecting me to a frustrating game of being passed from one manager to another. As a first-time customer of this brand, it deeply saddens me to have such a disappointing experience. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by the store and its staff is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and provided with the necessary assistance when faced with defective merchandise. It is my hope that the necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation and restore faith in the brand's commitment to customer service."
