"HORRIBLE PLACE. firstly, such a waste of time if your trying to find a good deal. absolutely horrible staff with no manners. are extremely rude to elderly. watched them deny simply double bagging weights for an elderly woman which is absolutely ridiculous. are constantly yelling over the loud speaker about children being in the store when their staff are the main people in your way and they never say excuse me. shopping in that store is a horrible experience where everything you do is “not acceptable” because of the amount of rules they have. donate and buy from somewhere worth your time without rude, impatient, and overly annoyed staff."

"Rude and incompetent manager, owner, and staff. They have a "policy" of asking for IDs for Debit card purchases. Which is a direct violation of Visa & Mastercard's Merchant Agreement prohibiting merchants from demanding IDs from card holders. Manager said she worked there for 20 years and never heard of such a thing. She (the manager) called the owner, and the owner told her to tell me not to return to the store. How is it in a retail environment in 2024, that a manager and owner both do not know they are NOT to be asking for IDs for purchases?!?! I asked why this policy isn't posted with the other dozen polices that the store has, and they couldn't give an answer. Business reported as a Visa Merchant violation. Owner would rather violate a policy, loose a customer, then to accept what a customer is attempting to tell them. Manager and owner need to educate themselves. Would never recommend this store."

"Great place for clothes. The only thing that makes no sense at all is that they staple the tag to the clothes. Just a future mend right there, so wish they could switch to something without a staple or plastic. The store is clean and organized. Staff is really nice and there is even a little botique in the back. There are no changing rooms so know your sizes."
