"I live in California and I had no way to leave a review for this company so I am leaving it here. I bought some brand new ariat boots off of eBay from a private seller. I found out they were too big when I tried them on. I reached out to ariat customer service returns online and simply just asked if they can exchange them for the next size down. They sent me an email back saying unfortunately exchanges are unavailable at this period I’m time What? A multi billion dollar company cant just exchange some dumb boots for me?. Just want to let you know what kind of company you are supporting when you buy their boots."
