"Well I came in today and there was a line just two people being helped by one guy behind the register and he seemed to take a very long time more than 30 minutes so I walked out and went and ran an errand came back they were done finally and so there was a young lady that was there earlier her name was Ray I think she's black or African American and she seemed to be very friendly welcome and smile saying hello welcome in she was very helpful with my order she's very polite and I really believe that you should have more people like Ray working there.... I wish I had my own company where I could hire someone Ms Ray she would be one of my first choice I would have her run my shop my store my warehouse to where she can completely run a business on her own she seems really professional and just has a really good personality and a beautiful smile as people coming that's something we need more of in the customer service. So I hope the next time I come here that Ray is still working here or has a higher position Oh yes and Ray she made the atmosphere around the front end of the store more enjoyable"

"Ordered a classic sandwich and they gave me a spicy one. Manager had to call the district manager to issue me a refund. Also the shrimp tackle box was spicy but no warning on it."
