"Placed an order on the app, and watched the order be "prepared". Waited over 20 mins after being ignored by the employees found it that it was never started. The app is not accurate. And the employees here have zero interest in serving their customers. DO NOT ORDER from this location, unless you want your patience tested and your order to be disregarded and ignored."

"I don't understand why every time I come here and pay with cash, I'm told that they don't have change to give. If I'm owed 85 cents, they don't have it. This is the only location this happens at. It's never happened at other locations I have went to. The cashiers excuse was that "it's the digital age". Since this is the digital age, I'm typing this Google review to let others know that they don't give change here. This is my digital review. I think they are pocketing the change honestly because after a request to compensate for my change, change suddenly appeared in the cash register."

"The guy made a mistake on on my order and when I addressed it he said that’s what you ordered. I pointed to the exact picture that was in the window of what I asked for and he didn’t offer to correct it. I did not want to argue or escalate so I left with my wrong order which was $2 more than the bread sticks n pizza order that I really wanted. He seemed too lazy to make the changes . Not worth my time to argue with what his demeanor appeared to be."

"I ordered a pizza online with crazy bread and pineapple Pepsi . When my order arrived, there was no pineapple soda and I asked why the delivery person said the store didn’t have it but no one called to let me know and they just brought regular Pepsi instead. First thing. Then when I opened my pizza and tried to grab a slice, they never did that but when I picked it up it was also not fully cooked. My crazy bread was hard as a rock too. I called the store and they could not send redelivery, I had to pick it up in person and when I got there it wasn’t even ready yet after I already told them on the phone what my order was. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes for them to remake my pizza and good thing I check before I left because he didn’t cut the pizza for the second time. They also made the wrong pizza for me but at that point I just took what was made and left. No one was wearing gloves while handling the food. Not one person had gloves on in the kitchen. Definitely do not recommend this location."

"Without fail every time I go here the staff are never professional or timely. They spend a lot of the time messing around and standing in huddles cracking jokes in the back meanwhile there's people waiting 40+ minutes for basic pepperoni pizzas. The pizza is never even cut correctly and I always have to use a pizza cutter at home after purchasing."
