Blaze Pizza

"This was the day that you can get a pizza for $3.14. We drove 11 miles to the Blaze Pizza closest to us. There was a long line outside waiting to get in. We decided to get in the line and we waited for 1 hour and 25 minutes before we got to the counter to order. At that time we were told that we could only have 3 toppings. We thought, okay, they would probably be generous with the 3 toppings. Wrong, they were so skimpy with the toppings that it made me a little upset. I asked if they could put just a little more mushrooms on it, and they said it would count as another topping. Anyway, I didn't think that it was right after waiting that long. I do understand that they didn't want to run out of toppings, but that was ridiculous. It wasn't worth the long wait, and I won't go back next year. Anyway, it tasted alright because I was starving at that point! Also, I asked for a water glass. They told me that I could buy a bottle of water for $1.50 because water glasses cost too much to give out."

"Water is not a option here no cups must buy a bottle of water for 1.50 refusel of a water cup is this a company thing or a guy making things up saying there lemonade would be gone if we keep giving water cups out! This is outrageous making people buy a drink do swallow down food!!!!!!!! This is not over I'll keep pushing this issue with this company unless someone higher up reaches out and corrects this issue habit next door was more then happy to offer a water cup and I didn't even have to buy anything. Sad I have to get up from eating to go next door to get water of all things!!!! So extremely disappointed in this location."

"Not too happy with this place lately. I'd hire a manager and have them keep an eye on what is going on at this location. We were the only people in line and it took 4 minutes for someone to recognize us. I asked for white sauce and got pink sauce since the red was dripping over and was majorly mixed in. The worker clearly didn't care about anything. My buddies pizza went in at the same time as mine. Mine came out with burned crust and they told us his wasn't done yet. 5 minutes later they called us up and tried to give us a pizza that wasn't his. Good for their salesmanship efforts though, they tried to talk him into it a actually being the pizza he ordered. They finally admitted that they gave his pizza to someone else. The solution wasn't obvious to them at first; remake the pizza . After they remade it they let it sit on the grill too long but finally gave it to him uncut, with instruction, they did eventually cut it. The tables were filthy. I desire to choose any other pizza place next time. All this being said, I ate the whole pizza except for the burnt crust."

"This location refuses to give water cups to customers -bought pizzas and drinks for my party but I only drink water. Also very dirty - food everywhere. Poor management. Won’t be back even though admittedly the pizza was good. No water - won’t return."
