Fired Pie

"I normally don't write reviews , but this needs to be addressed i ordered one spicy southwest salad, two meaty Italian pizzas ( regular) , a third one with vegan cheese because my son has a severe dairy allergy . i clarified the allergy in the notes and delivery instructions , and stated please mark the pizza with the vegan cheese, when i received my order their was no mark or sticker of any sort , i checked the three pizzas all looked the same . so i called the store to speak with the manager about this issue and that the employees or who ever is making food items need to take these precautions seriously , my son has a severe dairy allergy this will land him in the hospital . so when i called and spoke with the manager nothing was resolved , i was trying to explain the situation and she repeating kept jumping down my throat every time i would bring up my sons dairy allergy , saying " oh your cutting out", " what" , and then she'll change the issue and say just come in for another order then. i said to her if you would just listen to me you would know i don't have a car hence why i ordered delivery , i was calling to let you know this is what happened with my order, my son has a SEVERE dairy allergy that could land him in the hospital if he eats the wrong thing , and for you to address this issue with your staff to please take better precautions . nope she kept jumping down my throat , as if i was complaining for no reason, i have every reason to be upset , sorry not everyone is a Karen sometimes their is issues with the food or service , but i will not order at this location ever again after this experience ."

"Y’all, they changed their macaroni and cheese recipe. It taste like boiled noodles without salt. I honestly thought I ordered the wrong thing and she said I didn’t. It used to be flavorful with gooey cheese. I have no idea why they did this. Other than that, the pizza was good, atmosphere was nice, mostly clean, and quiet, and staff was very nice."

"Pizza was delicious and the staff was super friendly. I definitely liked this location better then most. Big seating area and felt very relaxed here. Tried the Elote Pie for the first time and it was good. Will definitely be back to this location."

"This place never misses. It's not a new York slice but it's worth it. The crunch is nice. That char is decent. The cheese is always perfectly melted. They have no problem re heating your pizza if needed. The lemonade is so fresh and refreshing. I got the three meat. Pep sausage and ham. Reg sauce. But the selection of pizzas and desserts are great. This place was packed and still had time to re heat. They let you choose your table and bring your pizza to you. This is the second location I been to and pizza is the same, it slaps hard. Means it's really good."

"I love this place for a quick and easy, buck- maximizing meal. Three of us ate for less than $14. The kids split a pizza and I got a salad. Their made-to-order, oven-fired pizza is bomb! Their crust is thin and crispy, yet, delicate and tasty. Your choice of cheese melts perfectly at ultra high brick oven temps... and their sauce is flavorful, crushed, seasoned tomatoes. I got the roasted veggies salad over mixed greens. Hands down- Better than any $20 salad I've had in the last year or two. Greens were fresh and perfectly crisp; and the grilled veggies were lightly marinated, tangy and perfectly roasted. And their balsamic vinegarette is worthy of drinking. Can't wait to go again."
