"We typically order from the Surprise location and are never disappointed with the food. We had an order for family of five delivered tonight and will never order from this store again. The pizza was cold but most importantly had no sauce on it, we ate bread with melted cheese. The rest of the order was cold but we reheated. For over a hundred dollars very disappointing. Pick a different location."

"Pizza, Salad, Beer, and Acarde. It was clean and everything worked. You can add Parmesan, Chili flakes, Chilli Sauce, Salt, and Pepper for free. It was very loud in the Acarde Zone. Pizza Dough made fresh daily. Pizza made with real Cheese."

"It's a decent kids pizza place. I love their pizza. The games used to be arcade games, now they are mostly like slot machines that pay out tickets. But that's just the old guy in me talking. The kids seem to love the games."

"School fundraiser night, one would think to have it clean and running smoothly. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned and it didn’t happen so cleaned my own table with baby wipes of my own. I had 4 kids with me. This place made it a nightmare. Dirty/grimes booths,Floors, bathrooms, serving area of food, soda machines all just gross. All the staff were young and didn’t care about anything. I seen a handfu of customers just upset as i and it cost me $50! Im still hungry, oh yeah food was cold and not even good tasting (pizza, bbq wings 2 slushies 48 games credits =$50 with no customer service or hospitality. When we left the restaurant I tripped with my 22month old baby in arms because no outside lights were on. Im so upset! It took a lot out of me to get the courage to go out alone with my four kids this place made it a nightmare."

"Let me start by saying I am a LONG time fan of Peter Piper Pizza. We love the family atmosphere, and consistency of their product across their restaurants, whether we are in AZ or Waco, TX, and the deliciousness of their classic pepperoni pizza. However..... today's visit was less than favorable. We placed an online order for ONE large Pep-Pizza and an order of bread sticks at 3:17, with a "ready-time" of 3:38. FORTY minutes later, the breadsticks were ready... BUT under-done and tough, and with a melted container of marinara oozing from the box. Upon picking up the breadsticks, I was told that they forgot to put the pizza in the oven and that was the reason for the pizza delay. The young lady working the counter offered LITTLE by way of customer service or remedy, although she did replace my marinara. Long story short... don't trust their ability to deliver your pizza at the promised time, or for them to resolve any time/ product issues, at least at this AVONDALE location, but the pizza is still good."
