From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and helped me navigate the menu, explaining the different heat levels and offering suggestions. I went with the classic 2-piece Twist Hot Tenders with a side of their **legendary Loaded Nashville Hot Fries**, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! The tenders were perfectly cooked, juicy and crispy, and the Nashville Hot seasoning was **phenomenal**. Just the right amount of heat to get your taste buds tingling without being overwhelming, with a tangy, savory flavor that kept me coming back for more. But the real star of the show was the **Loaded Nashville Hot Fries**. These weren't your average fries – they were piled high with chicken tenders, fries, and a drizzle of that addictive creamy Nashville Hot sauce. Each bite was a delicious balance of textures and flavors, and the portion was generous enough to share (although I selfishly kept them all to myself!). What truly elevates Twisted Chicken above the rest is the **outstanding service**. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. They made sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for **incredible chicken, mind-blowing fries, and top-notch service**, Twisted Chicken is the place to go. "Amazing food , chicken sandwich , fries, Mac and cheese all amazing , drinks have no sugar and I’m from the south so can’t do em , bland. But food is amazing , ate here twice in two days and it’s Bogo the whole combo Damn beignets so good I’ll never eat another Krispy Kreme as long as this place is around , warm soft inside crispy outside ,"

"Food is good chicken is good I would go back. It's not the best I've ever had but it is solid. Place is a bit chaotic but that mostly from the size of the place and the amount of people. They must need a dishwasher because the pile of dirty trays and trash in the corner was immense."

"Sandwich was mediocre compared to traditional Nashville Hot, the heat was good and there but the flavor was off. Tasted like too many seasoning together leaving it tasting smoky and bland not much flavor. However, the fries are 10/10 and the Mac n Cheese I would give a 7.5/10. The chicken breast on the sandwich was big and juicy, cooked perfectly, so you are definitely getting your moneys worth. Nonetheless, I would recommend the Fries and Mac, however, I wouldn’t recommend the chicken sandwich to any of my friends or family."

"Chicken sandwiches were pretty good - I had the medium and my husband had the spicy and gotta say, he can handle his heat, but the level right above medium was waaaaaay too hot, even for him. So if you haven't tried this place before then I'd suggest trying the medium spice level first before going up. I had one bite of his sandwich and I swear I thought I started hallucinating... I wasn't, but it was really hot. The fries were okay, the mac salad was different it definitely isn't your average type of mac salad, but it wasn't bad. The Mac n cheese, well that was very different with some odd choices for their seasoning. The beignets were good, I mean, you can't really go wrong with that! If we go back, it would be for their sandwiches with no sides."
