"Decided to order here, and to my surprise, the lazy employees didn't even cut the pizza. Yes, you heard that correct...THEY DIDNT CUT THE PIZZA LOL. Dough wasn't cooked all the way, and the dough that was cooked was overcooked. Seriously guys, if you don't want to do your job then just quit. Give me a break."
"I love supporting businesses, big or small. With Pizza I like going to some chains, but this location has changed since we started 10 years ago. My food was half hour late from when I received my first notification. Somehow they did not use my address so the door dash was lost. I watched him on the map. I did receive a text however I responded and it still took him 20 minutes. I was on a conference call so couldn’t call but I did text. Papa John’s should have prepared a fresh order. You pay delivery fees and tip fees. It was just sad."
"I didn’t realize papa johns made only thin crust pizza. I ordered the regular pizzas and we received them thin and burnt. If I wanted thin crusted and burnt I would have made it myself and saved the 50.00$. Save your money and go somewhere else."
"We order a thin crust pizza with our order every time. And 75% of the time it’s regular crust. The only recourse we have is driving back down there and that’s not happening after a long day of renovating our house ourselves. I under that they are hiring new employees every day but come in. I complained for the first time today( this has happened 3x before )because we do realize that food places are struggling but I guess we are going to back to Barros or try a new place. We work hard for our money and no fun spending on things you don’t like to eat. See the pics .. manager told me that I did not order half cheese lol ok I ordered light cheese.. semantics .. I swear it’s double the cheese and definitely not thin crust."
