"Great burgers. The commercials set place up for failure to meet service standards as it is shown with servers bringing bottomless fries. Our server didnt even check on us without asking. That said they had vinegar for my fries. One of the best mushroom swiss burgers I have ever tried. Good with and without A1 sauce."

"Great atmosphere, great vibe, and food taste good, but there weren't enough "BBQ burnt ends loaded fries" on my plate. Very disappointing. Not as advertised, deceptive, and misleading."

"Did a take out order of two pizzas and this Red Robin is happy to give you pizzas that look like they have been grilled in charcoal. I sent them an email and provided comments to their text asking for feedback and zero response. I do not recommend getting take out because they will provide you garbage. Update: Red Robin did reach out to me and tried to correct this. The response was not that timely, but the second set of two pizzas was improved. The second time, though, one of the two pizzas was still overcooked (not burned) so there is probably something to do with how they prepare multiple pizzas in their kitchen that is off. I did upgrade the stars a bit but could not see my way to 4 stars given that the food remained inconsistent and the lateness in response. I will say that the staff is friendly enough when you go in so seems like they have potential to get to 4 or 5 stars with more training."

"Best turkey burgers in town! My server was fantastic, and the service was prompt. I took advantage of happy hour cocktails and definitely enjoyed my drink. The only thing I didn't care for was that the hostess escorted me all the way to the back of the restaurant during a very light midday crowd. I requested seating near the front and others."

"Great service here. Parking and entrance is a little tricky. However lots of parking and well lit. Nice design and tons of seating. Big bar and lots of TVs. Easy menu and very affordable. Food is plenty and tasty. Courtney was my server, did a great job. Kid friendly and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended"
