"All Big Box stores have their shortcomings. However, this one by far has the least amount! The employees at this Home Depot actually care. They are 'managed' properly to seek out customers and ask them if they need help finding something. (Unlike most other Home Depot and Lowes stores!) Also, huge Kudos to Rachel L. in Customer Service. I had an odd plumbing request that she took time to really understand what it was I was needing, and she took notes which she presented to the Plumbing Department specialist when he arrive to work two days later. WOW! Professionalism at it's best."

"We bought a Bosch dishwasher. Home Depot subcontracts the installation. The installation was not done correctly and the dishwasher did not drain. We contacted Home Depot and they could not send the installers back to repair the installation, because they are not Home Depot employees. We requested that the dishwasher be picked up and a refund be issued, so we could have a new dishwasher installed by Christie’s Appliance, a local company that has their own installation team. Tyrell Banks, a Home Depot employee that we spoke with, arranged to have the unit picked up and opened a claim in case we had damage due to the standing water. The insurance company put a hold on the pick up and now the dishwasher is not going to be picked up before the other one is delivered and our refund is delayed. Extremely dissatisfied that Home Depot accepts no responsibility and blames subcontractors for all issues. They have permanently lost us as customers."

"I visit this location frequently for home improvement and gardening purposes. The cashiers are very nice and helpful. It is often difficult to find someone to help locate merchandise and more difficult to find someone who knows the product or has expertise but they are on site somewhere. Put on your "patience hat" before going in."

"Cashier scratched the number off my hundred dollar gift card and proceeded to tell me she cant use it or fix it. I proceed to management which told me they couldn't do anything about it and the cashier said she didnt scratch them off. They then made up the rest of the numbers that were scratched off and said my gift card was used in California even though the numbers were made up and had been completely torn off. Made it seem like I was at fault and had a scammed gift card when they easily could have reviewed a camera and saw the cashier destroying the numbers then telling me its unable or fixable. Poorly made gift cards and even worse cashier assistance."

"The loaders were rude and lazy in a way. They just threw the cement into my truck. Me and my one legged friend are not capable of this work. COPD and disabled veterans treated like Vermon buy that fork lift operator. Yes we used your cutesy carts. We will drive to the other store next time."
