"If I could put less I would, had a horrible experience, when checking out employee (heather)handed us the bag so we could bag our own items. We nicely asked why we were bagging our own items when observing that every other clerk was bagging the customers items, she then stated that “she was scanning and had other things to do”. We then asked to speak to a manager (Alek) which was very nice but did not fully look to be trained in his role of manager, since he was not able to help me understand the why his employee acted in such way toward us and unfortunately I felt that all this had to do with our race/ethnicity. I have never been placed in this situation before with this store, since we are long time customers and have always appreciated how nice the employees have been. Which has me reevaluating if I will ever return to the store or the brand due to such unfortunate and unkind experiences."
