"Always a very long wait for prescriptions. Completely understaffed and can’t do anything about it."
"I appreciate the partnership with Village Medical as it makes life so much easier w/ not having to make an additional trip from the doctor's office to a pharmacy especially when you don't feel well. Staff has been helpful and timely."
"The product is fairly priced at this walgreens. I thought it was very interesting that they have a doctor's office inside of this Walgreens, I have never seen a design like this before. For architecture purposes I really enjoyed going in here, but I cannot tell you whether the doctors are good or not. They also had some really beautiful flowers outside, they even had birds of paradise. As for the product, like I said it is fairly priced and I was able to find things that I was not able to find it other Walgreens."
"Change your provider and save yourself the headache. Stood in line today for 20+ minutes just for everyone to chitchat with an off the clock coworker that came in for her own medicine. People come there to get the meds they need, not to listen to the employees at the pharmacy talk about their covid experiences amongst each other. Ive been trying to get my wife meds for weeks now. The doctor says she did her end, insurance said it's absolutely approved, Walgreens says the doctor never sent it and it's not approved through insurance. Which out of the three do you think is giving me the run around????"
"Went with my son today to print a couple of pictures for his mother on mother's day and was met with the most viral, rude, mean associate I think I've ever come across. My son used the Kiosk to upload his photo but nothing happened. He proceeded to push the help button and out stormed Carol. She was snarling and foaming at mouth. I tried to diffuse her visible anger with a nice greeting but she wasn't having it. It was all we could do to get out of there without getting out heads literally bit off. We asked who we would contact to report her and she yelled "I am the manager", incredible to think Walgreens doesn't better train their associates on how to treat others let alone customers. Anyways we were informed by her cashier that Mike would be her boss so we will be contacting him tomorrow. Needless to say we left and went to CVS to print my son's photos. We were immediately greeted at the door by a pleasant lady that took us directly to their photo kiosk. Come to find out CVS photos are instant and cheaper. We will NEVER print another photo at Walgreens again, thanks Carol!!!"
