The facility is extremely clean and organized (have a look at the picture highlighting the tool-wall and chests to see what I mean). It’s very rare these days to have an “honest” dialogue about “tuning” and potentially “upgrading” your ride. What a breath of fresh-air…Brian’s candor regarding our discussions about potential upgrades etc. where he didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I don’t really need. Oh, and the most impressive feature/benefit to Brian’s business = the COMMUNICATION is second to none. From the get-go, you’re logged-in to their system and receive updated text messages as to exactly when they start working on your bike — in addition to updates on when it will be completed. "Brian is a life-saver and so friendly and knowledgable. Convenient location right off of the loop, so if you are riding road, mountain or gravel, the shop is so convenient across from Catalina State Park. He has a lot of essentials in stock, and what he doesn’t have he’s helpful in suggesting other local shops so he’s a great resource for the entire bike community. Book an appointment if you can, as he will get busy once more folks discover this great shop with outstanding service."
