"Walked in with my daughter, Marlow, the manager was sitting down, when she saw us she sighed super.loudly and rolled her eyes and slumped up to "help us" the way she talked the whole time, the eye roll, and the sighs made it clear she did not want to be helping anyone. No customer service at all I have been working customer service for years and I know you have bad days but never would I be so blatantly rude to someone. The other girl who was working I couldn't see her name tag, black and bleached hair, but she was very sweet just figured you should know your manager was very rude and clearly doesn't want to be there."

"Last time i got the pizza from the Superstition Spring Mall in Mesa I paid them $5 in cash and $1.22 by card but after few days i checked they charged me $6.22 after letting them know they just said “the system was down” So the customers have to pay to upgrade your systems or what? The manager doesn’t seem apologetic neither talk about refund . So much disappointed."

"All is good. Just not sure one should follow their mechanics of eating their pizza as advertised on their pizza liner/wrapper? Fold-Bite-Swallow-Repeat. I believe one must chew their food first before swallowing. God forbid some chokes on their food following those instructions. You never know?"

"This was our first time trying this place. My son wanted to try it out. Look, this is not the best pizza you’re going to have in your life, but it is really good for a mall pizzeria. The customer service was exceptional. The place was very clean. The breadsticks lacked flavor, but the customer service made up for it. The guy could not have been friendlier."

"not the heartiest of pizza but really good. The sauce is tangy and the crust is not overwhelming. The employees were very nice and the manager, Ricardo, makes great breadsticks. The reason for only 4 stars is I thought they were a little expensive for what got. I think $ 3.99 would be a better pps (price slice)."
