"I spoke to the manager after they screwed up my order a few days ago and they told me they would give me 2 FREE pizzas on my next order. They said it was under my phone number for the next time I call in. Just called today and apparently a different manager was working and says now that they can’t give me 2 free pizzas. She also had a terrible attitude. Her customer service was an absolute joke. She was rude and belittling on the phone as well. I don’t normally get this heated enough to write a bad review because I own a business myself here in Mesa and I would never treat a paying customer like that. I order from you guys multiple times a month!! If you are going to promise something to your customers stand behind what say!!!!!!!!!"

"Terrible customer service.. I waited patiently to be served for a couple of minutes even though they saw us walk in..didn’t acknowledge me, I was first in line and she decided to help everyone around me first. And same when we to go get our food he saw us walk in didn’t acknowledge us almost like avoiding us and waited a few. I am not expecting much but to be acknowledged would be nice."

"The pizza was great but because they use door dash to deliver its not delivered as hot in my opinion? Ours was barely warm."

"Employees are very nice, but I've gotten sick three times from an Alfredo sauce Hawaiian papadilla. Well, this last time I went, I found why - they're hard to see, but in my attached photos there's about a total of maybe 70 flies in two of the front windows. Inside there were maybe another 70 that were on the walls, floor prepping tables... This was more than a month ago (I forgot to post this review), but was also well before summer flies started."
