Whataburger

"We had never tried Whataburger before and are glad we got to go while visiting Arizona! The staff was helpful since we didn't know what we wanted, and the service was fairly quick. Patty Melt: This was the #1 recommended item from my friends and we can say that it is a good burger! The Texas toast was buttery and soft. The grilled onions were soft too and added a lot of flavor. The creamy pepper sauce added a lot as well. Highly recommend this burger. Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich: This sandwich sounded really fun when we saw it on their All Time Favorites menu. It comes on Texas toast with three chicken strips and honey BBQ sauce. It was good! French fries: They were your average fries. Good to dip in any of the sauces you get. Onion rings: We were recommended the onion rings. The waitress even recommended dipping them in the Spicy Ketchup. The combo was pretty good! The outside was crispy while the onion was soft. Strawberry Malt: This was pretty good! Glad we only got a small because it was a bit filling. The strawberry was delicious."

"OK I don’t really review fast food chains, But the service was so good here I don’t want to go unnoticed. So the dining room experience is cloning Chick-fil-A smiles can I help you? Can I get you anything else while you’re at your table? They bring me your food off of your sauce. And of course, they say smile. Be honest, these people work advancing that they like their jobs and we’re happy to help. Dominica and Staci Help me while we’re there and I really wanted to compliment the manager to tell him what a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience I had. But I waited for the manager to become available. I saw him walk a couple of times across the room, sitting down at the table one of a black customer. I don’t know the managers name, but he was clean cut young manager material. To be honest, I don’t know what it happened prior to me getting there, but I think the manager wanted him to leave. After the second time The manager sat down at the table to talk to this fella, the customer raised his voice to leave him alone, then the Manager called the cops. First of all, you don’t sit down with somebody if you’ve not been invited, you don’t get in peoples personal space there’s enough mental illness and mental handicaps that would have difficulty with that. This fella, surely did. I got up from the table with my son I told the fella the guy was calling the cops and offered him a ride to where he was going. He was completely cooperative and I took him to Burlington so he could buy some clothes. I’m not sure what the manager could’ve done differently in his conversation. But he definitely got the personal space of this guy and I think that did not help. So the service was great here, except for the manager, oddly enough. I think there’s nice people working there. I did have the hatch chili burger and I would get that again anytime. Overall, I wouldn’t say there’s anything special here. But I feel like you’ll have a good experience experience if you try it."

"Normally, someone would give a bad review when their order was incorrect. But the way the store manager Andrew handled it for, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Awesome food with great service all because of the leadership there!"

"First time ever trying Whataburger and it was a little disappointing. I’ll be honest, the Whataburger burger (#1 on the menu) tasted JUST like a McDouble from McDonalds - therefore underwhelming. The fries were pretty good! - one of the better fast food fries I’ve had. I also had the vanilla milkshake which was pretty bomb."
