"Hadn't been here for at least a year, and now remember why. They were not busy, and the service was slow. Spouses burger was overcooked and came out. I was told my chicken sandwich would take a few more minutes. It took 10 and was missing ingredients. Had to ask for my tomatoes and onion and was only brought out tomatoes. Spouse was almost done with his burger by the time my sandwich arrived. We started with a pretzel app, barely enough cheese for the app, and the bites were overcooked. We didn't complain or alert the manager to anything. He did comp my sandwich due to the delay, which was nice. But when I have so many choices for a chicken sandwich and a burger, I will dine somewhere else. I don't always have that much time to dedicate to a meal. This should have been a fast meal, especially that late at night."

"We asked our hostess for a booth for the comfort of my mother in law. The hostess rolled her eyes and sat us dropped the menues and left. After 7 minutes of staff ignoring us I asked for a server. The manager came over and told us he didn't know where the server went but he took our drink orders. We were not mad or angry. We understand that things happen. Our service was good after that. The restaurant was clean. The food was good as we order the same thing every time. I really like the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a peach tea."

"Dinner with the grandchildren was fun and I agreed to let them pick the restraurant. Red Robin was their enthusiastic pick. We did the full dining experience. We started with the hot pretzels with cheese dip and mozzerella sticks with ranch dressing and marinara. Every bite was devoured by our party of 5. DEVOURED!! The teens had burgers. The youngster had pizza. I had fish and chips. Soft drinks for the kids. I had a limited time Caramel Apple lemonade. (It was delicious!) Our server was friendly, patient, playful and interacted remarkably with our somewhat boisterous group (1 child, 1 teen, 1 young adult, 1 grandmother). Food was delivered piping hot. Soft drinks refilled quickly. Great dining, good food is important but dinner out with my grandkids is priceless."

"The food was good, but the service could be better. While Red Robin offered bottomless fries, it was a process to get them at times. Some servers just don't check back with tables. If you're able to have a seat at the bar, better service and attention."
