"This was my 4th visit, I was extremely disappointed in the service. Half the tables were empty yet we were sat outside abd had the worst service ever. Waitress left our beer sitting at the bar for 5 min before bringing it out, the bartender filled it up twice before the Waitress ever picked it up. When we got seated we asked for water took at least 10 min to receive, no utensils were given till we asked for them. We asked for ranch when the food was delivered and she never came back till we were ready for the check. We asked for boxes abd that's when she remembered the ranch. It was very disappointing service. We have gone when every table is full and always had great service, not sure if they are losing staff or this is brand new staff."
