"Ordered online first time this location, received confirmation no. 182 to pickup at 4:35 pm. Arrived at 4:35 pm and order not even started, cashier said it's manager policy not to start online orders until customer arrived. I pointed to sign on wall: "Next time save time, order online!" He quietly agreed. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for pizza. Someone needs to remind the manager that lying to customers is bad business."
"Food is good but someone please check on the employees because they don't care at all at this location. I've been twice in the last month and both times I had to wait over 20 mins just to pay for my pizza that was ready because the guy at the register kept walking away to talk to the cooks and mess around. Also they take all the pizzas out and just sit them on the counter to get cold while they are waiting for other things that go with the order."
"I been ordering at this location for a few years now on weekly basis. I live a few miles away so i always order take out. I never had any issue with this location until recently. I’m not even the type to leave reviews but this location deserved one. The service & quality has been really bad lately. I always try to get there before my estimated pickup time to grab my pizza. Somehow I been finding myself walking out the door half the time with a burnt/sloppy made pizza. The crazy thing it’s usually within 5-10min of me placing my order how is that even possible. Clearly it isn’t freshly made been sitting there for awhile. Most of the time if it isn't too bad i just take it due to not wanting to be extra. The only time i asked for remade order i got a unnecessary attitude when the pizza was clearly burnt. I had enough of this location I rather just drive further down to another location than come here anymore."
