"Received my order through DoorDash delivery. Pizza was cold and looked like cardboard. I ordered the New Yorker. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She was great professional, pleasant, very accommodating. She offered to remake the pizza and have it delivered. I told her I would pick it up to make sure it was hot. Arrived at the store, she was very apologetic about the pizza quality I received.. Pizza was ready when I arrived and it looked beautiful. Great quality and was very pleased. I would definitely go back to this location because of the manager and her positive attitude about wanting to make sure I received a great quality pizza. She personally made the pizza and asked me to look at it before I left and it was beautiful. Great leadership and I appreciated it."

"The manager was just awful. It was clear this restaurant was understaffed, which I understand almost every place is, but the manager was in the back belittling their employees rather than in the front handling the line of 10+ people squeezed into the lobby. My order was ready WHEN I WALKED IN, but because the manager was blatantly ignoring the customers, I waited 28 minutes before a cook looked at me and asked my name to get my order. I guarantee you at least half of the people waiting had orders that were complete already, but was waiting for someone to at least talk to them. The warmer was full of orders that had been waiting."

"This is the second time I've had a similar experience recently at this location. I ordered directly on the Pizza Hut app (not door dash) and drove to the store to pick it up. At the time I ordered the app said 15 minutes, when I left my house the app said my order was ready. I waited over 30 minutes in the store for my order. This location has 3 chairs and they were all taken by door dash drivers. The manager never once made an appearance, just kept sending an associate out who was obviously hating her job. Shut off your door dash orders if you can't handle your regular customers. I'll be taking my business to other establishments in the future."

"I have visited this Pizza Hut location dozens of times in the last few years. It has and is always a very pleasant experience. The pizza is always delicious, in fact Pizza Hut is our favorite. The manager on duty is usually Whitney, and today, 31 December 2023, she was on duty along with at least one other worker. They were pleasant and courteous and smiling and very professional. As always, my usual order of 2 large pan pepperoni pizzas were ready and hot in less than 15 minutes. I couldn't wait to get home and indulge in my favorite yummy with my wife of 41 years. We just love Pizza Hut, especially this location of 1557 @ Roosevelt Rd, in Goodyear, AZ. Please promote and/or reward these employees. I value their work and their demeanor.
