Papa Johns Pizza

"Pizza is always great! The employees, especially the young lady at the cash register, were very friendly and helpful. Never any bad things to say about Papa John's! It makes the best pizza in Arizona. I have a daughter that always wants to get the cardboard pizza from another place. If I'm going to be eating pizza, I choose Papa John's everytime. I get bacon and mushroom and sometimes add green peppers and onions. You can't go wrong with any of their pizzas! Thank you!!"

"We placed an order, an hour after we were supposed to receive it we called to see what was going on or cancel and they kept disconnecting the line when we chose those options. When we chose to place an order we magically got someone at a call center to answer. This person had no ability to cancel or compensate us but only could call the store. I had to fight to try to speak to someone that had the ability to refund us but ended up being told we were being transferred then once again hung up on. Garbage customer service. I won't be ordering here again."

"Oiliest pizza I've ever gotten from a Papa Johns, box was soaked and i had to put it in my trunk to not soak my seats. When i got home there was a pool of oil in my trunk liner. The pizza itself had a pool of oil in the middle and the dough was soaked in it. :("

"Ordered on the app, never had a problem. Ordered again tonight, app said the pizza was delivered but it wasn’t there. When I called the store, they told me the order was completed, and that it will take 35 mins to make the food again. I understand that you need to re make the order, but at least apologize that I didn’t get my order in the first place. Update: called about my replacement pizza after 40 mins, and now I’m blocked from ordering from this location. Because I asked about the replacement that was coming"

"Well I ordered at 8:48pm and got an email stating my pizza would take 21-31 minutes & it was already 9:40pm. I called to see if my address was incorrect or if I messed up on my order but, the person who answered said they were telling people 45-50 minutes. Okay, then i should've gotten that email instead. I get a call from the driver & they're on the opposite side of my apartment complex. I'm standing outside explaining to them I'm standing right in the middle of sidewalk because I can clearly see their lights. They bring me the food, i pay + tip even though said delivery driver was pretty damn lazy & come inside to eat right away 9:50pm and surprise surprise my pizza.. is warm almost cold. My second slice, now cold. I haven't been eating well lately due to the fact that I'm pregnant okay & the day i decide to order this happens. I feel pretty disappointed because i love papa John's. I dont think I'll be ordering from this location anymore. I just feel like i was treated pretty rudely above all."
