"My Last visit was by far the worst today. Such a mean girls vibe of the eccentric style. The upper management has such a rude passive aggressive tone in their overly saccharine sweet greetings that anyone can tell they have no sincerity at all. Almost all the staff acts this way with exception to the most recently hired (as if they havent been tainted by the buffalo exchange Tucson kool-aid yet?) Its really sad it seems like everyone of these people are actually miserable at their job at are finally just so terrible at faking it to each and every customer. Its So toxic! Im not going to spend my money with them again, and wait to visit another actual sincerely happy healthy team at a different store somewhere else. Get over yourselves Tucson!"

"No public bathroom so to me that is just not pro customer. I wasn't going to go drive somewhere else to go to the bathroom and then come back again. Otherwise this place is great as a thrift shop."

"Neat store. Somewhat dated concept. Fast fashion has somewhat killed clothing re-sale. When this store was big, say 1990s when clothing was far more expensive. They should pivot to reselling higher end items. They have to make a profit. Most of the people howling are the ones bitching about what they paid. My advice is sell it yourself. Business with overhead, employees, taxes, had to make profits. Your 10 year old Ralph Lauren slacks are not going to net a profit. Again blame the fast fashion, floods of cheap products from Asia. Overall not bad. Set realistic expectations"

"Some staff are helpful and nice. I’m giving a 2 star for them. However, things are very over priced you trade in many things and get $100 worth store credit or $50 cash and if u choose store credit u walk out with 1/3 of the things you traded in. I had a bad experience where I returned a blouse of $14 and chose another item that was also $14 to which I only had to pay the tax. Then I had $8 store credit so I said to use my $8 store credit for the tax, cashier Presley then put the $1 and change on store credit then told me I had nothing left in store credit. How does $1+ tax equals to $8 store credit. I proceeded to tell cashier I didn’t understand to which she showed me a receipt but it still didn’t make sense. Overall I don’t think it’s word even trading in with them if they’re going to finesse you. I used to love this store but I wouldn’t come back."

"A bit better than your average thrift store, but that comes with a little higher price point. I do have to give it, though, this location is huge. It is sometimes a bit of a hit and miss, but if you have the time, might be worth it. Horrible parking, be warned."
