"I have gone 4 times. The atmosphere is awful. All the employees make you feel judged, aren’t attentive, and give this bored expression when you ask to be checked out or for a fitting room. When they check you out or open a room they do it without speaking to you and continue having conversations amongst themselves that are not work. I recommend going to the South Tucson location, it’s far but worth it. Everyone and everything is so nice. It’s not dim lit with employees that make you feel like your a bother and judged. Edit: I have read the reviews on this place and the bad service has been happening for years. The owner, manager, and the staff all think they are above everyone"

"I visit often. Good selection of clothes if you're a woman/teen on the smaller side. Slim selection for guys but. Prices are fair. I usually dislike the music choice made for the store, but that is neither here nor there."
"I came to sell my clothes in and they didn't take a lot because they were being "selective" when they have the same things hanging up on hangers. Also taking your clothes for cheap especially for high brand clothes and only getting 3$ back"
