"Every time I come to the store it is a miserable experience. The staff on the floor are rude. There are never enough registers going. I just spent 30 minutes in line with barely 8 people in front of me, which happens way too often. The company changes the styles every 6 months so it's hard to just order online to skip this mess. Ugh"
"They treat people with disabilities like garbage. It's hard to get around in the store even with just a cane. The girls in the store were not helpful and I had to walk across the entire store to get measured even though my daughter told her I had motility issues because she wasn't allowed to stop stocking underwear. All of my sizes were nearest to the ground. Nothing fit right and I was in tears by the time I left. I bought nothing."

"My wife loves the cream and mint lotions. The smell of the store is awesome. They were very gentle with me when i ask help to try to find one specific lotion of the last year. Unfortunately they change a lot the packages, so, sometimes is complicated to buy the same lotion after a year. But they are always trying to inovate the smells..."
