"The employees here used to be very friendly and helpful, but it’s gone way downhill since those times. I tried coming to them in good faith with a mistake that their employees made, and not only were they rude, they tried to penalize me and upcharge me for their mistake. The cashier and manager gave us major attitude for no reason, and I didn’t so much as raise my voice once."
"I went yesterday. I had the most terrible experience. I needed to exchange a pair of shorts. Mario gave me a hard time trying to do my exchange/return or I even request store credit. I asked to talk to a manager, name Nikki. She was helpless. They wouldn’t accept my drivers license. I ended up going back to my car and bringing the receipt. Overall, Nikki and Mario were very disgusting and nasty people I ever met working in customer service. Not going back. I rather to give my business to Ross"
