"If you are a small petite or medium-sized person. This is the perfect store for you if you are large in size or larger things are harder to fit, And be careful when washing your items they will all shrink."
"Visited this location 9/14 around noon. I love Creations, and this is one of the bigger locations, so lots to choose from. The thing that put me off was the attitude of the woman working there. She seemed to be irritated when asked a question, and later while checking out, I asked if she could hold an item for an hour or two while I shopped the mall, and she acted VERY put out by it. My mom was with me, and asked if she could put a scarf with it to be held, and she glared over at the scarf for a minute and then went "Sure." I don't think it's unreasonable to ask to hold two items for an hour when the policy states that you can't make returns, especially when I just spent about $130. It was a Thursday and the place was empty. We wanted to go back for the items, but didn't want to deal with her, so ended up going to the La Encantada location where the employees are always super sweet. I ended up spending another $100-something there and it was a much more pleasant experience. The employees at La Encantada, 4th Ave, and Desert Ridge have always been wonderful, my only bad experience was at Park Place. So I probably won't be going back to that location."
"Beautiful clothes. Awful customer service. I was in the store for 15 minutes and not one employee asked if I needed assistance. As other white customers walked in they assisted them. They sure made me feel unwelcome. I have never experienced this kind of customer service from any clothing store here in Tucson. Will never go in there again. Sure they won't mind :)"
"I came here yesterday night with my wife and I don't typically shop boutiques, it's very out of my comfort zone. However, I found a lot of cute things in this shop and the Lady working was super nice and very patient with us even though we were checking out right at closing. I definitely plan to come back and I really want to visit the shop on 4th! Thank you for being so nice"
